Great eye exercises to improve vision fast:
Blink your Eye:
Blink your eye continuously for at least 1 minute. This Exercise will relax, grease and clean your eye and give a break to your eye from lights.
Rotate Your Head:
This Exercise will increase blood circulation in your eye. You just have to move your head slowly from right to left and then up to down.
Look to your Right and Left:
To Do this, keep your head straight and Slowly move your eyeballs right and then move your eyeballs to left. Always remember that perform this exercise very slowly. After completing the exercise close your eyes completely for a second.
Close your eyes and Relax Yourself:
In this exercise, You have to Close your eyes and relax your eyelids. Keep your eyes closed for minimum 30 seconds.
Move your eyeballs in Different Directions:
This Exercise will improve both types of eye visions like nearsightedness and farsightedness. Move your eyeballs right to left for 5 seconds and then move up and down for another 5 seconds. Then move your eyeballs in circular motion for 10 to 15 seconds. Then draw the figure 8 with your eyeballs for 15 seconds minimum.
Close and Open your eyes:
It helps to relax your eye muscles and increase blood circulation in your eyes. To do this. Close your eyes for 3-5 seconds then open it. Repeat this til 30 seconds.
Push Against your Temples with your Finger:
Push your temples with your fingers for 2 seconds and then relax. Repeat this exercise 4-5 times.
Draw Geometric Figures with your eyeballs:
Draw various Geometric figures with your eyeballs to do this exercise. Firstly you can draw a Triangle then a rectangle, Also you can draw a square and a circle. You can also try complicated shapes like trapezium and parallelepiped.
Move your eyeballs up and down:
You have Close your eyes and then slowly moves your eyeballs up and down. Do not open your eyes while moving eyeballs. Repeat the exercise 5-10 times.
Strengthen your eyes near and fae Focusing:
For this exercise, You have to sit on a chair or stand in front of a wall. Then place your thumb or an object 10 inches far in front of your face and then focus on it for 10 seconds. Then focus on an object which is 20 feet far from you without moving your head for 15 seconds.
